LOVE, Love Love Smile Workshop in Hurst. They are professional, caring, and amazing. They are great with all patients, especially with small children. I have been taking my children there for five years now and I will continue too. They explain everything to you and ensure that your needs will be met, as well as making sure you are comfortable... the office is clean and everyone is friendly, especially Dr. Taylor, Jaden and Latoya.nnVisited this location again today and the experience was wonderful, Brian and Erica were very helpful and comforting to my child during his visit.ud83dude0a

**Update (03/31/2021): 5 stars**nThe rest of the dental work was completed & everything is working out well. The doctor took care to ensure everything felt comfortable & left my mouth feeling like there was never anything wrong with it. There was a good amount of people in the waiting area when I got there, but everyone cycled through pretty quickly.nn**Update (03/09/2021): 4 stars**nI had my rescheduled visit yesterday and everything went smoothly. Wait time was super short and everyone was very friendly. There was some tenseness in the air...as this is a public post and it was obvious it had been shared with the staff; as it should have been. But everyone was pleasant and doing their best. The hygienist offered a genuine apology for the wait time on Saturday...an extremely sweet gesture considering the delay was likely not her fault.nnAs far as the service goes, everyone I interacted with was a pro. The x-ray tech was super efficient and the biting of the plastics was way more comfortable than previous visits. The hygienist was thorough and left my mouth feeling super clean. The doctor answered all of my questions in clear and understandable terms. And the dental assistant (my apologies is there's a different title) walked me through the cost, process, and scheduling of additional work that needs to be done. Outlining all of the details in an organized chart that explained benefits, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket expenses.nnI'll update again after the additional work has been done.nn**Original Post (03/06/2021): 1 star**nToday's visit marks the second time that the wait time was way too long. Long enough that I ran out of time and had to reschedule. It would be one thing if the staff was showing some hustle, being hospitable, and keeping their clients informed of wait times, but to the contrary, the staff was chatting amongst themselves, giggling, having a snack, and generally living their best life at work. I'm all about having a fun time at work, as long as you're providing the best service possible.nnWhat's truly frustrating about this is that Smile Workshop penalizes it's clients when they're running late, as stated in the forms they ask you to read and sign before your appointment. But don't hold themselves to the same standards. If you'd like your clients to respect your time by showing up to appointments on-time or early, then do some work to put analytics behind your business procedures to better schedule and meter the in-flow and out-flow of your patients.nnThe doctors and clinical staff have been nothing but wonderful on every visit. This failure is most definitely due to poor administration.nnMy suggestions:n- Use analytics to better schedule appointmentsn- Advise clients of the wait time when they check-in, so they can make an informed decision on whether to wait or reschedulen- Interact with waiting clients during their wait and keep them informed of their place in linen- Hold your business accountable. If you're going to penalize your clients for keeping you waiting, penalize yourself of keeping your clients waiting; through discounts, complimentary services, etc.

This office is the worst office I ever stepped foot in. I came in and this woman who I assume is the manager. I witnessed her be very rude to one of the assistants that works in the back in which leads to a bad environment. I personally witnessed her talk down to this person there is no excuse for this. I got her name from another customer and was told Gabby. I was informed that this office can’t keep people here due to her treatment of staff this is unsatisfactory. I definitely will not return to this location until she is released. The staff should not be treated like this they are working hard to treat patients. Fire this woman.

Dr. Gibbs did a fantastic job with my son. He took his time and thoroughly explained everything to us. Highly recommend!

Love this dentist very nice and kid friendly they give the kids a balloon and little bag with tooth brush and toothpaste at the end they used to give out little toys too i guess they stopped been going here a while and so far so good haven’t had any bad experiences and it’s super close to me and has convenient appointment times only thing I don’t like is the wait time I was there almost two hours and I have two smaller kids and they get cranky just sitting there so that’s not fun...
