The nursing program at TCU is good, it is the second best nursing school in Texas. However, if you are ready to spend and possibly waste a substantial amount of money, if you are not sure about becoming a nurse, and if you hate school’s that focus on weeding out people, then this not the place for you. I spent one semester at this school and I hated being there from the beginning, because one I was not used to being in an environment that lacks diversity. Two, like I said the nursing program is good but only if you are passionate about becoming a nurse and if you seek help on time when needed, because if not they will not have a problem weeding you out, and that’s what happened to me. Once they kick you out that’s it, they basically drop you like a hot potato and when you leave they hardly care, because they got your money, they got what they wanted.
