I have been coming to the branch for YEARS and love all of the improvements that they have made. The expanded hours are great for the community and it does not seem as crowded since they pushed the circulation desk back. This location is one of the least crowded locations in the area. They have great programs for kids throughout the week and on Saturdays. The kid computer needs to be fixed and they need new puzzles for the kids to work on (I know that over time kids take or misplace pcs). I absolutely LOVE the staff here.
This location is perfect. It’s easy to get to and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Locating material is very easy and the self check out kiosk makes the entire process a breeze. The library is very clean, organized and they even have hand sanitizer at various places to keep the germs to a minimum.
This small library is convenient for thousands of people. Right off Trail Lake Drive and Interstate 20, it is easily accessible from many nearby neighborhoods. The librarians are friendly and helpful. The building is too small to have all the books you might want, but they can get them by (free) interlibrary loan within a few days. Excellent collection of DVDs. Large children's section. Open late on Tuesday nights; open five days a week (Mon-Wed and Fri-Sat).
Friendly staff, organized, and well to navigate, the staff is very helpful, but sadly they don't store some sorts of books and all but that's fine, every library doesn't store some sort of book as well, not all libraries has everything available to others.nnMy own opinion is that it could use a better parking lot and a better box whenever you try to return a book whenever you return it on the driveway.nnBest regards,nStevennCentral Intelligence Agencyn-------------
Delightful neighborhood library. Long term intellectually bright, thoughtful staff who work together as a team. Been coming here for years. Received inter-library loan books here, always well cared for and organized. I choose this specific library above the Southwest Regional library every.single.time.
