Brident Dental & Orthodontics

This location needs to really work on there policies of communication. Every single time I bring my children and or myself there is a disconnect with communication. I set up an appointment for my daughters and had someone else take them. I called days before to get everything I needed so that it would be an easy transition on my mother when she brought them for their appointment. I asked the individual I spoke with over the phone and confirmed that I had everything I needed so it would be a successful appointment. Well when my mother arrived they didn't already have paperwork on file showing that she had permission to take them . Which I sent days before as requested. They then told me that they couldn't access that email because that person isn't their. (Why wouldn't that be put in their files before time so it would be an easy transition???) The front office staff suggested that we reschedule, or I come and complete the form in person. Um no! I would have brought them myself if I could have completed the form in person. I then had to send the form again in a different format in order for them to see my children.nnOn top of that my mother is completing forms for them that I specifically asked if anything else would be needed for their appointment.nnI followed everything that was requested of me before hand. Why couldn't they follow through on their end as well.nnI am a person that don't normally say much. But every 6 months they remind me why I need to remove myself from this toxic environment.nnSystems need to be put in place. The company should invest in effective communication and customer satisfaction. I am beyond upset with the way my mother and I have been treated today and in the past.nnGet it together office staff!

I wouldn’t recommend for orthodontist.. literally run the other way. I had braces for almost 5 years with them was always told something different by a different orthodontist every time I went. I didn’t like being seen by a different orthodontist every time I went. Another thing they take FOREVER to see you. Scheduling is so off and worthless.. however the only reason I’m giving them two stars if for the staff in the back in ortho and the actual dentist that does teeth cleaning and all that. They do amazing work but other than that if your looking for braces go somewhere else.
