I cannot say enough about the management at Oak Park Village.nStephanie Burt went above and beyond our expectations. She took the time to explain the buying process step by step and never rushed us. The community is clean and looks very safe. This is one of the best mobile home parks I have ever been to, mainly thanks to management. Anyone thinking of moving here will be more than satisfied.

Stephanie is very understanding! Love the fact that she tried her best to help someone out. She goes up and beyond. My sewer was clogged and made my restrooms get flooded. Sent her an email and replied with in minutes. Soon I had maintenance fixing it! He fixed it with no problem! Both are amazing! New maintenance guy is very hard working! Stephanie goes always an extra mile! Thank you so much for dealing with me for the 3+years you been there

Stephanie Burt is an outstanding property manager. As a tenant for Oak Park Village for 7 years, in her capacity as a manager, OPV has grown with a special family oriented community. Stephanie has put in the time to keep the community safe , and secured to give us a sense of relief before our next day. This being said Stephanie demonstrates alacrity on all aspects in our community Oak Park Village with all tenants . She rates first in professionalism, if I was to call her and she’s in a meeting , she would respond in a text to inform me why she cant talk at that moment. What separates her from other property managers she always informs me when she can get back to me and she’s 100% accurate. To conclude the community is perfect, outstanding , safe , great, clean , respectful, but in order to continue this outstanding process it’s starts with manager our leader Stephanie Burt.

Terrible management. I’ve tried reaching out via email and call to get a hold with the manager but I don’t even get an email response. Also I am trying to terminate my lease and she is not helping out. Now as of 1/4/2021 she leaves a note mentioning that our check was returned for the lot rent and the money is there in the bank. She is trying to charge us extra and the money is there. I’ve lived there for 20 years and this is the first time I’m speaking out as I’ve had enough. Our lot is in great condition and we follow the park rules but we feel harassed now as we think she is doing anything to make it difficult for us now that we are trying to terminate the lease. This is unacceptable. Very unprofessional from her.

I’ve been part of this community for more then 6 years, Stephanie and all the management team are always willing to help answering my calls and emails, requesting a maintenance service even on holidays. I have no doubt about, this is a good community to live.
