The Parking Spot Premium offers covered parking and car detailing for a little more. The app works great and shows you where to meet the shuttle and where the shuttle is. My drivers have been great but Wayne was particularly awesome! After a long day of travel I was greeted by a friendly face and offered help with my bag. When we pulled up to my car with a dead battery, Wayne was happy to go get a jump starter for my car. Wayne helped me get home to my family at the end of a long day. Thank you Wayne!!

I parked at the Parking Spot Premium near DFW. I was greeted by name and everyone was very friendly. Each staff was very professional and quickly got me to my terminal. When I arrived back at the airport from my trip, once again I was picked up with very little wait time, and my luggage was loaded for me. My car wash was honestly the best I have had. Everything was amazing and I will definitely be using them every time I fly!

There is no better way to park when traveling DFW! So easy to setup, facility is clean, safe and secure. Shuttle service was excellent!! This is the way!

Both the dropping off and retrieving process for our vehicle went very smoothly for our recent trip. Both times we were treated with courtesy and friendliness. In fact for our arrival back to DFW we did not even have to call for the shuttle bus. One was waiting in the designated area ready to pick someone up which turned out to be us. Great service!!
