The website is easy to use for making reservations. Rates were good. The shuttle was prompt to pick me up both directions and the people I encountered who work there are nice. No complaints. I recommend their service.
I’ve used the company in the past and have never had issues. Today, I waited over an hour and a half for a shuttle from the airport. I called the number multiple times and each time was told one would be there shortly and then one would never come. And the driver kept checking his cell phone notifications while driving. I will never use this company again.
Had to extend my trip due to a cancelled flight, they were able to get me to the airport quickly and had great service the whole way there and even the way back. Checkout was quick and easy and everyone was super friendly even during snowmageddon!
At Park ‘N Fly, I like the Drivers because they are always willing to help with bags and I always wish I had more cash to tip. At checkout, they always offer cold water and it’s just what you need after a flight and on your way home. Thank you ud83dude0a
Driver pulled up quickly to pick us up and we’re very courteous. Upon return, we were picked up quickly, as well. Friendly drivers and plenty of room to park. Always use Park ‘N Fly.
