Really enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Tran. I was in and out within about ten to fifteen minutes for a comprehensive eye exam and contact fitting (but she still answered my questions, it just felt like she was very efficient!). She seemed very knowledgeable and friendly and my contacts feel great :). They took my insurance (VSP), so that was nice.nnI haven't worked with the salespeople in the glasses area so can't speak for that service.

I had the fortunate experience of working with Lisa and Landry when I went to Costco to get a new pair of glasses. Even though the optical center was extremely busy, they made me feel like a priority and gave good, honest opinions while I tried on various styles of frames.nnI would definitely come back here for my next set of glasses or contact lens ordering. Top notch personnel along with a great variety of products.

Mediocre at best, Dr. Tran & the optical dept. here.nThe eye dept. did not shape my glasses right AT ALL on my face and the first amateur actually popped the left frame out a little AND slightly burnt the part that wraps around the ear. No refund, no apology-- not even from the manager. I went back 3 more times to get the shape decent.nnTran was very cold, straight to the point and made it seem like my eyes were so horrid for making a living by being on a computer (mind you I have 20/20 vision but need corrective lenses) and felt awful that entire day. I went in for a recheck a week later and was told that I'd have to pay if I wanted to get a correction, unless I knew what the problem was. I'm not an eye dr. but I knew something was not right with the prescription. I went to another doctor at Target and got an ENTIRELY different prescription, who normalized my eye sight and was talkative. Worst experience I've EVER had with glasses and a month later, I'm still having to go back with the new prescription... What a waste of time!

My eye exam went great and the Dr. Was awesome. There is a problem with the lady that sells the frames. I think her name is Megan or Morgan. She was too busy playing on her phone and ignored me the first time I stopped to get my frames adjusted. I shopped and returned and she was still playing on her phone. When she adjusted my frames, she ruined them. I know she was put out that I needed them adjusted and she had to put her phone down. I was so excited to get new frames and now I am frustrated with her. Good news. Walmart helped me out for free, even though I bought from Costco. Great store but the frame shop is really horrible.
