Austin made sure that I was comfortable with each step and always asked for permission before initiating contact. I took my 8 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced on her birthday. Austin wet above and beyond and I will recommend this shop to anyone. From the moment we walked in he was courteous and respectful telling my daughter “if at any time you do not feel safe or comfortable you let me know and we can stop fix it” he understands how nervous a child can be and did a better job than myself and keeping her calm and excited about what was happening. Austin is the best! He is very professional, makes you feel comfortable and is available for any questions or concerns you might have. My piercing came out and he was very quick to fit me to his schedule to put it back in. My ears are very sensitive and he is the only one I'll go to for any piercings.

Can’t think of one negative thing to say about this place. Just from the hour I spent there, it was pretty obvious that every worker takes so much pride in his/her job. S/o to Austin for making the whole experience painless and quick. Not only did he give me the best healing piercing I’ve ever had, he let us dj some music and offered us his lunch since we didn’t have time to stop ahead of time. I went and got a piercing done here by Austin!nHe is always there if you need any aftercare questions etc. Ive had issues where i keep getting a piercing bump, and every time i’ve called in to make an appointment, i’m either seen that same day or the next day! He’s super understanding and is more than happy to see you a couple of times to get the issue resolved. Austin always makes sure you’re comfortable & that you know what his procedures are, and overall a really great soul!
