minutes agonIf I could post zero stars I would . Total disregard for good customer service. Their typical response when they make a mistake and don’t order my medicine like they were supposed to in my case and I have a life threatening disease . I have a 20 RX a month and I guess I am not important enough based on the way I was treated . I am transferring all my RX to Costco . After I was rudely told they have to order my RX ( that have had for 5 days ) they ask me if I wanted to pick up my other RX and I said no and I stepped into the waiting area and I heard the pharmacy tech tell the pharmacist that I was going to transfer my other RX he told her “ good “ ! It was not the Pharmacy Mgr, she is amazing but when she is not there they don’t act right which is a shame because I have been buying meds for 20 yrs from Albertsons but they just don’t care anymore . The pharmacy Mgr needs to hire new people. BEWARE CUSTOMERS DONT USE THIA STORE FOR YOUR RX THEY ARE RUDE UNCARING PEOPLE . Tip: always use GoodRx App I just found it and it saves me a lot - even with Medicare RX plan . Good luck
