I love that there's a shop like this at PDX and they have a great selection of jewelry, however, their customer service is non-existent and they don't stand behind the quality (or in this case lack thereof) of their products. I made it clear I needed high quality backings on my earrings and the sales associate assured me they were, but on the very first day I wore them, one fell off and I lost it. I went back at the end of my trip and not only did they refuse to do anything about it, but they were rude and short with me as if I was bothering them. I question the quality of their products as well as their appreciation for customers.
I bought a pair of gold hoops. They are very light and beautiful. The sales woman was very kind and helpful. Thank you!
