I went in today expecting a great movie experience(which as many of us have missed), but instead was tragically disappointed by this theater. For starters, Pamela, who I assume is a manager, was very rude. She was micromanaging in a very condescending way to their concession stand worker(who looked like he was 18 at the oldest, was by himself, and looked extremely stressed). She also allowed someone who had been standing in line for like 3 minutes cut in front of me, who had been standing in line for 10 minutes, just because I stepped in the only line that had people in it. And just to clarify, I was standing in the express line. Then once I finally managed to step into our theater, it was like I suddenly walked into Antarctica. I have never been so cold in a theater in my life. I even had 3 layers on. I wish I knew I should've dressed like it was snowing. Lastly, the sinks in the restroom were absolutely terrible. One didn't work at all, the next barely poured out and never turned off, and the lady one sprayed out everywhere. For how much the movie theater industry is struggling right now, I truly expected better.
Loved it! Great movie, great service. We had the entire theater for 12 people. Plenty of safe distance.
Attended this amc on 2/27/2021. Ordered my tickets and food online. Purchased 20 seats b-day pack with the 40 piece tenders. Arrival time was 745pm and food was scheduled for 8pm. Received my email confirming my food would be ready at 8pm. So me and my family go buy drinks up front to have with our food. When we go to pick up the tenders we're told by an employee that we wouldn't be getting our food. They said they didnt have the food and they're not responsible for online orders. So no tenders waiting on the movie to start and after 30 mins into the movie the lights are still on. Went to the front desk twice for help. Nothing. Had to call the amc hotline for someone to finally cut them off. Today they sent me a self adjusted survey so i felt it was only right to give them a review. Not happy with service and not recommendable.
Movie was great! Theater was freezing! Bring a coat, blanket and hat.
Loved we pretty much had the whole theater to are selves,me and my kids Wonder Woman was good.
