This wasn't an off night. This is the 3rd consecutive bad meal from Dickey's and last time we eat here. Every single meat has tastes like it has sat in its own fat all day. A rancid, sebaceous fat flavor in the meats. The staff is always lifeless and I wouldn't mind so much if it didn't reflect on the food. For a while now this location's food quality has dropped. Food poisoning is currently in question for us tonight and I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

I don't know about you but when I order food online I expect to be in and out of the place within 10 minutes when I go to pick my food up. I was there for 25 minutes waiting on my food.. I could tell they were short handed on staff members because although the two staff members that were working did a good job handling the rush they were overwhelmed by the 6 customers that came in all at once, including me. They definitely need to hire more people to help handle situations like those.

I told the lady what I wanted then she asked me 3 more times what did I order. My meat was so cold and then they didn't even make it right. I asked for a spicy brisket sandwich and got a brisket sandwich with onions no sauce or anything. Then she threw cheese on it and the meat was so cold the cheese didn't even melt! Very disappointing for 15 bucks

This was our first time ordering from this place and we had it Delivered.. for the price you would think you would have a Decent meal that wasn’t the case..I had two little Ribs and my Husband pulled Pork was fat only and the Brisket was ok more fatty though, the sides were ok so we wouldn’t try it again..

The food was tasty but, portions were on the small side for the price they charged. Also asked for PEACH COBBLER which I was able to get before in a single individual order this time it was only available for catering orders. Consistency, this was the main reason I stopped by.
