I placed an order online and meant to set a delay for it. Called this location, and they really helped me out of a bind. The lady on the phone was super helpful and friendly. This location is great! Thank you Oakmont team!

Tried to order a pizza on line, like I always do, and couldn't get the coupon to approve. On line stated call restaurant. Called restaurant and got a guy with an attitude. Acted like I was bothering him. Stated he didn't have anything to do with coupons, that was a corporate thing. Very poor service, and I order from this place all the time. Maybe it's time to change managers.

One of your employees by the name of Joshua G has extremely poor food handling and sanitation. I ordered a pizza from your #5026 location which he works at and unfortunately I have no good report. He went between handling money, touching his hat, scratching his body then proceeding to prepare the food; all without washing his hands. After observing this egregious behavior I addressed him and he acknowledged that he should have washed his hands. At that point I was not interested in eating the pizza and am certain that if he is comfortable doing these types of things while in clear sight of the customers worst is being done out of sight. For the health and safety of your customers you must implement safe food handling and sanitation to all of your employees at all of your locations. Food borne illnesses can cause severe sickness and at worst death. I am more than certain you would not wish to have that type of atrocity on your hands.

Marco's had become my first choice for pizza but lately the workers at this location has become extremely lazy when making my pizza. I recently ordered a medium and I cannot believe they thought serving me this horrible pizza with the cheese and toppings burned off or whatever happened to it in the oven was okay. Only one slice was eatable! This had been the 3rd time but the other two times one maybe two slices didn't have the toppings and I regret not saying anything those times. They offered me to keep the pizza and made me another one but I wouldn't give that to anyone to eat because there were no toppings! It sort of defeats the purpose of eating a pizza. I am going to take a break from Marco's pizza for a while. I have never been served pizza with the toppings burned off or smeared off. Wow! I am highly disappointed.

I actually enjoyed the taste of the pizza. Good sauce and cheesy pizza. I also like a somewhat greasy pizza but this is overboard. Pizza was so greasy the box was almost coming apart. Easy on the grease next time fellas!!
