This is a great branch , the staff us great and the restaurant was clean. Have ordered delivery from here as well and the food is always fresh and hot.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I’ve never had such bad customer service in my life. I ordered my food at 8PM and the app showed it would be delivered by 9PM, at 9:30 my food had not been delivered yet so I tried calling to get an update. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, so I tried calling again & got hung up on 3 times!! I finally had to drive to the store at 10PM where the “manager” told me they could not refund me my money without bringing her the pizza back??? I’ve never heard of this in my life, she then told me she could put a credit on my account (which still hasn’t happened) all while she was on facetime with someone that I could hear laughing through the phone. I will NEVER be ordering from here again, such awful customer service.

The only Pizza Hut that has given me burnt breadsticks. Always I mean always late. App says be done by 5:50 so I get there at 5:50. And have to wait 5-10 minutes extra every darn timennIs there even a good leader in here? I don’t blame employees, there just employees. Someone needs to guide these young adults better.

I will never order from this place again. You ask for fresh pizza that’s not burnt and that is exactly what they send you. Even after you called in to speak with the manager about how you want it. They so called remade the pizza and sent it back out but the second order is worse than the first. This is definitely not worth the 34 dollars. I will be canceling this payment with my bank.

The website clearly shows delivery is available until 11pm. I placed an order online for delivery at 10:50. Within 2 minutes I received a call from the store stating they were no longer doing delivery for the night. I told the lady that the website says delivery is available for orders placed before 11 pm and it was still before 11 and asked why my pizza couldn’t be delivered. She informed me that they only had one driver and it would be an hour and a half to receive the delivery. I stated that was no problem I’d wait. The girl (who was rude from the moment I answer the phone) said that she wasn’t giving me the option to wait, she was letting me know delivery was not an option. I cancelled my order and asked to be issued a full refunds, she stated she would handle it. I asked for her name Incase there was an issue with my refund and she said “I’m not telling you my name.” I explained to her why I wanted her name and she repeated that she would not be giving her name to me. This sounds like a classic case of a place being run by young folks who are trying to leave early. My order was cancelled and the customer service was the worst. I do not recommend this location at all.
