Went in to get a band for my watch. Lady took a quick look and said they had nothing. Didn’t even bother looking at their stock. Lazy and incompetent. Never going there again.

I was so happy with my last visit, I bought a wedding band that I ended up not liking at all and had some issues with how things ended up. I went in and talked with Ashley and listened to every little detail and she was so helpful. She told me it she wants me to be happy with my purchase because it's a purchase that I have to keep forever. She went out of her way and did so much to help me. I can't say it enough but she made me so happy and I am so appreciative for everything she did for me. I highly recommend Ashley. Thank you again so much.

I just stopped in because the pin on my watch band broke at the airport as I was getting ready to come to Washington State. They were very friendly fixed it for me and sent me on my way happy.

I've always had a good experience with Fred Meyer Jewelers until my last purchase.I Bought a titanium wedding band they size me wrong so when it finally came in it was way too big. So I took it back in had them resized me and order me the right one 101 finally came in 3 weeks later it was still a little too big. They did not take the time to size me right to make sure I got the right size. I will not buy jewelry from a Fred Meyers again at least the one on Mill Plain
