When you get a ticket on the tollway and go to make a payment plan to pay it out. Just pay it off these people are greedy. Fine print if you dont pa it off in one payment after 30days they tack on a $25 one time fee to the payment plan. Which is BS. That's why it's called a payment plan.

They are the worst! I had to pay twice to have them serve someone and they NEVER did. Mr. Mcdonald is the worst/lazy constable I've ever encountered. The judge had to throw out my case due to the other party not being served and they had the paperwork on hand for 14 days with NO attempts on file! The precinct said they couldn't cancel the request to serve w/o court order but I PAID FOR IT! The county clerk said they were lying. NEVER use this precinct to serve anyone. You'll lose your money like i did. Oh yea, and they're not answering the phone either. Go figure!

Very rude. Yesterday the first person that helped me was pretty helpful. As she explained to me the process and handing me the paperwork. When I came back with questions the second person. Gave off an additude as if I was disturbing her. I needed to get other things together as I was doing this to help my father and not for myself. Went back to office today and immediately told me they cannot help because even though they close at 5 they do not take payments after 4:30. I asked to be helped someone then said if her paperwork is filled out then we can do it. They take my paperwork then tell me I'm denied because I am in the incorrect precinct. I of course was frustrated and asked why I wasn't told yesterday. I told them I am needed direction because it was my first time and I am filing paperwork for my father. She then tells me we would think the Lanlords would know what precinct they need to go to. Not helpful! And just downright RUDE!!
