The staff was super nice and the jewelry was good quality but they are super over priced and use piercings guns. I did not know this and assumed for being a 4.5 stars and such high quality product they would also have a high quality service. It is my fault for not asking but I feel that they should have said they did before piercing my ears. I got a double helix which is something you really don’t want pierced with a gun. I would go back for only lobes but nothing else.

Do not get your child's ears pierced here, go to a real tattoo/piercing place to get the job done correctly and safely.

Kiera was sooo sweet! She truly is a great employee. I will definitely be back to purchase jewelry! She said how frustrated I had been trying to find earring for my two year old that she won't lose, and she offered to help me far more than she needed to. She truly showed above and beyond customer service!

This was for my daughter. They were so patient as she picked out her earrings and were so thourough in explaining how to care for her new piercing. She's healed well and is so pleased with her pierced ears.
