My son, wife, and I went shopping as my son is getting engaged and wanted to find the right ring. After a few jewelers, we ended up at Morgan. We were helped by Lisa and it was quite the nice experience, better than a couple stores we were in that day.nLisa listened to his wants and hopes, she listened to the story he told of his partner, and she helped pick just the right ring that made his eyes shine as bright as the stones.nLisa was friendly, helpful, and positive (not in a fake salesperson way).
These people are absolutely amazing! My now husband custom made my engagement ring here, and when we came back to pick out our bands, the staff was so helpful and kind. I came to clean my ring a week before the wedding and when I came to pick it up, the manager that my husband made the ring with came out to look at the ring and say how diligently my husband worked on making sure the ring was just perfect. They’re amazing employees, j would highly highly recommend them!
Tom and Shari along with the rest if the staff at Morgans are amazing. We have bought a few pieces of jewelry from them and always very happy. It is nice to have them recognize us when we walk in. We love Morgans and wont go anywhere else. Great service hands down!
I received a Michael Kors watch for my birthday and went to Macy’s to have it sized. In true Macy’s fashion, “it could take hours” per the person behind the counter. As I was walking past Morgan Jewelers, I took a chance and asked if they could take the links out for me. The customer service was amazing. They did it with no problem, no hassles and in 15 minutes or less. It was an amazing experience I highly recommend them!
