Farmers Insurance: Paola Zarate

Can't say enough great things about Paola! She is extremely knowledgeable about insurance, has the patience to untangle, decode, and explain all the insurance jargon, and goes above and beyond standard/required agent duties to ensure that her clients are treated like family. She's very prompt with calls and emails, so never have to worry about getting stranded with a question or claim. I usually meet with her at the Portland office off Foster Rd in the Portland Mercado shopping center. Rosa is a great addition to the team who has similar traits and warmth as Paola!
