Farmers Insurance

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not get insurance with Amber Fox! My fiance and I have been trying to refinance our house for the last 4 weeks.. this requires documents of our hazard and flood insurance which we have been trying to get with no luck. She will not return MULTIPLE phone calls OR emails. Amber is absolutely horrible and I do not understand how she runs her insurance business. On top of BOTH policy holders trying to contact her, multiple people from the lending process have also tried emailing and calling with NO RESPONSE. After not hearing back from Amber, we called the District office in Vancouver, WA and they magically were able to get in touch with her.... yet here we are with the work STILL not completed. I've had to take hours out of my work day to do her job and get the documents changed over appropriately. I've never experienced such horrible service from anyone.

Best insurance agent ever. Has helped me through so many questions I've had and has been more like a friend than an insurance agent. Very professional and does help you find the best option for you I reccomend amber to all my friends and family and am happy to say I've been her client for at least 2 years now.
