Dr. Jack W. Morrow, DDS

Dr. Morrow has been seeing my kids since each was 18 months old. He is so kind and patient with them and really takes the time to put them at ease. Once they are older they go back for their cleanings and treatments by themselves and they all do great! My kids look forward to going to the dentist - if that’s not the highest praise for a dentist I don’t know what is!

Dr. Morrow and his staff are great with the kids. All my kids love this place. It’s not quite Disneyland level but it’s pretty close! :)

Very caring and great with the kids. Very good at what he does and makes recommendations but treats care as a team approach. Have brought all 3 of my kiddos here from the very start of their dental care and will continue to as long as possible. Worthy The 45 min drive!

I had an appointment for Doctor Nelson Beville and had to cancel due to my littlest son having RSV. I called the day of the appointment to reschedule because my son didn’t get diagnosed until later that night and the office was closed and told her what was going on. The receptionist tells me that they require 24 hours in advance and I apologized and told her I could call back to reschedule since I didn’t know when my littlest would be feeling better she said that was fine. So I called today to reschedule my sons appointment and they told me to change his primary dentist to Beville and then we could get him an appointment set up. Mind you, this IS NOT the first time they’ve called me to get his main dentist changed after I canceled. Anyways I called MCNA to change his dentist, got it all set up and proceeded to call back Beville’s office and then the receptionist tells me that I was no longer allowed to come to their clinic or see their dentists because I had canceled my appointment. I told her that NONE of the staff told me that if you cancel an appointment that you are cut off completely (never even heard of such a policy!!!) and that my son was super sick and to see if they could make an exception since I HAD NO IDEA about their policy. I wait all day for a call back and hear nothing. I call them back only to get told NO that, that’s their policy and that there is NOTHING that they can do for me. I’ve worked in customer service all my life and was always told to make the customer happy and BE THE HERO! Go the extra mile and stand out from the competition because that’s how you build a good business. Disappointed that I didn’t get not even an ounce of that customer service today. I will stop recommending any of my friends to this dentist because they have ridiculous policies that they don’t even make NEW patients aware of then punish them for not even knowing about it. I get policies 100% but how can people abide by them without knowing they exist?! I hate this because we were really looking forward to being apart of their family. Now I have to get another card made with a new dentist on it. Still don’t understand why they would make me jump through hoops then at the very end tell me I’m cut off!!!!!nnPSA DONT CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENTS!!! ud83dude44
