The staff here is amazing. So attentive, knowledge, and kind. The gear is top notch, you get what you pay for. I am glad I made the trip over to REI to get the much needed gear for this weekend. Thanks y'all
Employees have been extremely nice every single time I have gone in. Bought a bike that my wife loves. Prices can be pretty stiff on name brand stuff. This place is for the serious outdoorsman.
Great customer service! It's also a very safe place to shop during the pandemic. I appreciate all of their safety precautions. They also off curbside pick up with parking near the door.
FOR MOUNTAIN BIKE BEGINNERS: This spot is where you need to go to for any repairs you can’t do yourself. These guys are very professional as well as knowledgeable with their stuff. Pretty amazing place to take a bike if you need work on.nnI would suggest getting the membership they have for the 10% off on all repairs. Pretty cheap if you’re feeling lazy and don’t want to do repairs yourself lol overall great place
