I ordered a photo album and tried to pick it up. 3 staff members could not find my album. One staff member accused me of already picking my album up because she said it had been “purchased already”. I ordered and purchased this album ONLINE. I had to pull up my email confirmation saying it was ready for pick up, my bank statement that proved I paid for the order online the day I ordered it and after they “looked for it” they had me REORDER it online (Which charged my card AGAIN) and they promised me a refund. I waited for a good 30 minutes so they could reprint the album. This location never received the reorder because it went to Illinois and it said my pick up time would be in 3 weeks, and yet it charged my card. I showed them this in the reordered email. After all this waiting they FOUND the album directly behind them the whole time! This location couldn’t give me the refund promised because it was after hours and on a weekend. This location promised they would take care of this refund first thing Monday. It’s Monday and I just got a call from them saying I would have to deal with the refund myself and that I would need to look up and call the customer service line. Nice job!

Janie is the best. I had a bad situation in Burleson store on a canvas print with black frame they didn't have as I went to pick up the main Xmas gift for husband. I called every store around until I got her and she had one and I immediately ordered again online, she called me personally and made sure I knew I made it and scored the last one. Thank you so much and you are a true customer service person. You saved the day for me. Thank you so much.

Worst customer service ever. I am beyond disappointed, I came in to do a simple return. And it took 4 employees to resolve NOTHING. I’ve done multiple returns without a receipt at different locations where I didn’t purchase the item. And they wouldn’t allow me to return the item by putting in my phone number. I told her it was fine that I would just go back to where I purchased the item but instead she just walked away and ignored me. Never again.
