Javier Navarro - State Farm Insurance Agent

Javier Navarro is a great person. He has a lot of knowledge and good with explaining. Recently I am switching out of StateFarm and going to another insurance due to an infraction I received. He was very helpful, however one of his employees was not the most professional about the comments that were made when explaining/venting due to incident. The employee was a bit judgemental and explained the situation to my parents in a way that was again not professional. I would still reccomend Javier as I have spoken with him about the situation.
