Avoid this gas station (not a Shell) at all costs. The gas takes FOREVER to pump. I mean, 14 minutes for 18 gallons. And it stinks like a urinal when you walk in. And speaking of urinals, the bathroom was gross, the lights didn't work, it was filthy, and the toilet was clogged. Oh, and the outdoor garbage cans were overflowing.nnOther than that, it was OK.

This woman needs a lesson is customer care. I’ve had things thrown at me working in fast food, there is no reason to chase a customer out the store due to an argument over change.

I work in customer service and have been cussed out, had things thrown at me, I had people tryina steal. Never once raised my voice, nevermind threaten a customer or run out after them and leave the freaking store! Yikes. Yall really excusing this kinda behavior?ud83dude44
