I've moved my business to Walgreens because the pharmacist was not only rude about it but told me my insurance didn't cover my prescriptions. My insurance was expired. I pull out and call my insurance and they told me there must be a mistake because I am still covered. Got back into a very long line. She runs it again and tells me she must have entered it wrong. No apology. Tells me I have to come back in an hour because my prescription wasn't ready yet. I had gotten my confirmation that it had already been filled before I got there to begin with so she assumed I wasn't coming back and put it back on the shelf! Terrible service!
