They failed to correctly submit my son's birth certificate and kept telling me for months to just wait. She did tell me it was their first time doing it and they had to look into how to do it. When I contacted the state they said it was never submitted. When I called back they told me they don't handle them anymore and to check with the clerks office. Clerks office knew nothing about it and said they couldn't help me because it was submitted at the precinct 1 office. Called back and was treated very rudely and basically told there was nothing they would do to help. My son's birth certificate is lost in the system and no one will help me. The state office said she didn't believe the county was going to handle this in a timely manner and she would send me out a late birth certificate packet... this had been a nightmare and I have been nothing but patient with everyone but I can't file my taxes without my son's birth certificate.
My opinion I think the lady at the front desk needs to take notes.when I was there two weeks ago about my nephews ticket she told me that he can get he’s driving licenses at the age 14 and he can get it and she told me if we do that she will dismissed the ticket so when we go back to tell her that everything is in process she didn’t want to hear it.when she told me just to keep her updated now she saying that he has to see the judge and he has to pay the ticket.
