Rusk County Court At Law

I have been to the Rusk county court house conducting business in the land records office and the ladies who work there are friendly and professional.

I got a court appointed attorney 1 month Ago. I was indicted I seen the lawyer one time after that and the first thing the lawyer told me was the plea deal and before I could even respond to that the lawyer said don't tell me I'm not working for you I'm not doing this I'm not doing that now I can go over here and talk to the DA and see if I can get him to lower his plea offer. but don't say that's all I can do is, don't say I'm not working for you cuz I am and as he explained my case or whatever he didn't even know what was going on until he was reading it off the computer then I asked the guy for a copy of my motion to Discovery and he told me he couldn't give me that he said he had the DVD at the house or his office or whatever but he hadn't looked at it yet and when he got back he would look at it and let me know what what's going on and I told him I wanted a copy of all the evidence of my motion to discovery package so I can look at it myself and see what the deal was or what they had against me he told me he couldn't give me that he had it at home or his office here and look at it and let me know and the last two times for court he didn't show up last, week before last, and then he didn't show up yesterday Monday at court and all of a sudden I'm set up for a jury trial this Monday coming up. this is the quickest speedy trial that I've ever seen and I didn't even ask for it and I haven't even seen my lawyer the last two times I went to court but somehow he had time to set me up at trial but didn't have the time to show up for court its some funny stuff going on at this courthouse and they are wasting taxpayers money with these lawyers and the weird thing about it is when I complain with the clerk asking her about my lawyer and why he wasn't showing up I couldn't even remember his name but it was a guy sitting out there and he overheard the conversation and he said are you talkin about Mitch Adams and I said yeah that's his name and he said I'm going through the same thing with him with my sister he hadn't shown up to the jail house to see her or anything in the last two months he finally got over there to see after I've been coming up here every day complaining for two weeks straight it isn't right how they handle cases in rusk county they are wasting taxpayers money with this lawyer and everybody steady complaining about him but they are steady apointing cases to him this is not fair this is injust..
