A very peaceful calm and beautiful temple surrounded by greens and in aesthetically built 4 blocks of different Gods and Goddesses idols. Has a large campus and enough of parking space. It is one of the popular temples in Woodlands. Recommend to go at least once, you may like to visit several times as a great family outing.

Over thirty individuals from my faith community took a tour of the Char Dham Temple in the Woodlands, Texas. Along with our personal tour, we were able to join in on the Hindu festival Krishna Janmashtami. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Our gracious hosts took us through each of the four temples on site that represent four divine temples in the east, west, north and south parts of India that Hindus hope to make a pilgrimage to in their lifetime. We were able to watch traditional Hindu dances and partake of delicious Indian food as part of the festivities after the tour. Although the Hindu worship space and beliefs seems so different from our group's Christian beliefs, listening to our guides, we could extract the beautiful truths we share in common. We left feeling edified and connected with our Hindu brothers and sisters. This is a beautiful space of worship that any culture or faith tradition can find beauty, peace, truth, and love.
