My son went in and requested a specific tuxedo package, at a specific price, for a school performance. They didn’t include a jacket which he didn’t realize until the next day. He goes back to get the jacket. A rude employee tries to overcharge him. I speak to her and ask why the original employee didn’t know a tuxedo package should come with a jacket, and why he is having to pay more than the cost of the package? She eventually manages to come up with an amount only slightly more than it should have been. No apology, poor customer service. We have always used Al’s for formal wear, but never again. There are too many good options in the Woodland area to use this store.
Jenara the manager took very very good care of me and made sure to get ordered what I needed and sent out to where it needed to be. Very fast service very very friendly
I hardly ever leave reviews but after my Mother passed away unexpectedly I needed to rent a suit for her memorial service. Im horrible with names but the lady that helped me, made the entire process a little easier. Not to mention with the snow storm chaos and delay too. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you ma'am.
Al's was amazing, they were quick and easy.
JeNara was very helpful and thorough getting me a tuxedo on a few hours notice for an event that evening. She was very friendly and also recommended a tailor that was top notch. Would definitely shop here again!
