Can be a great experience when you talk to someone that knows what they are doing. Came in to apply for Medicaid and it was difficult at 1st but after talking to a case worker all went well. Here are some numbers if anyone needs them ud83dude0a

I called them and they never answered the phone they are not picking up they're only giving me the automated machine

It seems like it’s impossible or hard for them to answer the phone, and when someone finally does answer, they hang up. This is unacceptable and I will be sure to contact management, corporate and whoever else I need to contact.

They never pick up the phone. I have always tried calling them and they never pick up so i have to call bryan college station or somewhere else and im from waco and cant get to the place. This is ridiculous. I wish I could give no stars.
