Super friendly staff! Everyone made me feel really comfortable. Was feeling quite anxious before I came in and they just made my anxiety go away. I went in to get invisalign and Dr Martin walked me through everything, including the process and what to expect. You can tell that everyone genuinely wants to do their best to help you :)
I couldn’t possibly say enough about Dr Martin and the staff at Waco dental. You’re greeted with friendly faces and made to feel comfortable immediately. I had been dreading the root canal I needed and haven’t been able to find any practice that would do everything in house. Thank goodness I decided to come to this practice, it is truly a one stop shop. Dr Martin and his associates/ assistants are so professional and highly trained for many specialties, unlike other practices that would specialize in one area. When finding other issues, Dr Martin just took care of them. I was definitely in the right place and at the right hands. Once you’ve been here, there’s no going back to anyone else!
Dr. Martin did a great job repairing some teeth for me today. He is very kind and gentle. I had no pain at all. The ladies working with him were. very kind and caring. Although he is not a network dentist I would rather pay a little more than change to a network dentist because I feel so Comfortable there. Thank you Dr. martin and staff
The office staff was the Best!!! They made me feel right at home. Smiling faces, sincere and professional. The lady who cleaned my teeth and took x-rays of my teeth was so good. She remembered me from years past. She was gentle and thorough. The dentist was great! Knew what he was doing and explained many things I didn't know about teeth!!! Overall, it was a 5 star event. I was terrified going in to see Dr. Martin. I have a fear of dentist. Upon arrival I was welcomed by the women at the front desk and was pleasantly surprised how warm and welcoming they were. From there, the nurse welcomed me and started asking the normal questioning. Soon I met with Dr Martin and immediately, he made me feel at ease. He talked me thru my procedure and before I knew it, I was done. I’m very pleased with Dr. Martin and his staff. They were friendly, warm, and nice and of course very professional. I will be back....
