I had a placed an order not too long ago online and had it set up to where I could track the order on my cell phone.I had got a text message notifying me that the pizza was out for delivery and was waiting for the call. After 30 mins of no call,I called the store to track my order with the worker telling me they had my phone number put wrong in the system even though I was able to get delivery update notifications on my phone. If the number was wrong, how was I able to get delivery updates? The worker tells me they would have to remake the order just to give me the one they didn’t give me the first time. My food was already room temperature even though I was told I would get fresh food. This was very disappointing
The service was terrible. Slice of pie has better tasting food and great service.
Nice and fast service but they change the chickens wins recipe now I can't eat them anymore make me sick.
Watch ordering extra items at this location. I've been shorted a cookie on two occasions and wings on another. Always check your order, especially if you pick it up.
Got a meat lovers pizza and I tell you I have been throwing up all night long the meat tasted old and the sauce didnt even taste like it normally does. I don't think I'll be going back I had this happen once but I thought I just didn't feel good before hand. But I know what really happened. Definitely going to call and tell management.
