I love living in this city, but some of the people who work at the city hall building are not so helpful to deal with. The lady who is over the parks and rec department this year does not return phone call's or messages left. I wanted to register my kids for soccer and called and left messages for well over a month with no response. I finally left a message with the city manager and ONLY then did she call me back!! She then proceeded to tell me that she has never gotten a voice mail from me, or a had written message from the guy that answered the phone every time I called the main office number. I had called and left a message 6 or 7 times so I seriously doubt that she didnt get any of them..... All said and done I was able to get them on a team, but just barley. I thought the guy that was overseeing this last year was hard to get a hold of, but at least he would return my calls with in 1 day. The only way to get a hold of this lady is to call the city manager and then she will give you all kinds of excuses. I get the sports are being put together on a budget and coached by parents but come on. Excuses and blaming others is not the way to represent the city in my opinion.
I had a ticket they never sent me a court day are anything when you call they dont answer plus they hang up I'm your face I plead not guilty to changing my name on my driver license no court day for it now I have a fine
