The best trash company i ever used
They never pick up the trash on a schedule. It's 4a.m. sometimes, 3p.m. other times, and theirs days they don't pick up at all. If a bag tears they just leave it in your yard. If you can't get your trash put in time because they decode to come at 4a.m. God forbid you stick an extra bag for them to pick up they will blatantly ignore anything that's not in the actual trash can. We pay for an entire 2 months every year where sanitation solutions gets paid and we don't put trash out......so I figure if once everycouple months i have an extra bag of trash they should pick it up. We used to have All American trash Service they were Amazing. Their drivers were awesome and best of all we chose them. Our dictator of a mayor chose sanitation solutions to be the neighborhood trash Service a year ago. And it's all been down hill. Quite literally the worst trash Service in the history of trash Service and as an east mountain constituent I have no choice in the matter.
Horrible company! ZERO customer service! They will not own up to any mistakes...and they make big mistakes! They took our can “by mistake” and left us without a can for 10 days! Missed our pick up and refuse to come back out until the have someone in the area! Avoid these people!!!
Worst company in the Sanitation business! Staff is always rude and unprofessional. I’m a senior citizen and have never been spoken too like they spoke to me.
I have called the main office a couple of times to tell them thank you for going above and beyond. The gentlemen are always nice. Today they ran several hours early and I called to talk to the lady she was super sweet and said she would send them back by my house. Now that is going above and beyond when they didn't have to. So THANK YOU SO MUCH.
