Been trying to set an appointment for my team, but they never get back with me. They contact me 2 days before pictures, to tell me about the picture date at the gym on a Saturday, of course this is last minute and we already had a tourney planned that morning, so we cancelled.. It's been about 2/3 weeks and nothing. I've contacted them a few times and they reply they will get back with me, but still nothing...I guess it's because we beat his basketball team (Elite) and now, this is our punishment,lol... Guess, I'll have to go out on my own and find another company... Don't know why Palmview B&G Club use them, if they have poor customer relationships. Guess I'm taking my business elsewhere and I'm contacting B&G Club about this situation... I'll give them 2 stars cause the pictures last season were pretty decent...
