Been treating the family dogs for years they are very nice when u go in for treatments. And very caring when u have to put your dog down, I think the nurse cried as much as we did. Very sweet!

Strongly recommend this veterinarian hospital. The staff handle the animals with care and kindness. We've been going to Angel's for over 12 years and had many dogs and cats during that time.nWhen we moved away from the area, we tried other veterinarians that were nearby, but we always go back to Angel's. Currently, we drive about 45 minutes to Angel's and pass at least a dozen animal hospitals along the way.nThe staff are professional and respectful. When dealing with our sick animals, they've always been compassionate and understanding. They go above and beyond my expectations to ensure ours animals don't suffer needlessly.nI don't mind driving the extra distance for the best care of our pets.

I was reluctant to leave this review, but after getting a second opinion from another local vet, I feel I need to. I picked this veterinarian a little over a year ago because of the great reviews I found here. Unfortunately, I have not had the same experience. At first, I questioned things but disregarded them stupidly. I trusted reviews over my gut, which I now know was wrong. The reason I’m leaving this review now is because of a recent experience concerning my 7 month old basset female’s spay. I dropped her off Monday morning, and was contacted later being told that she was swollen with discharge and currently in heat which would mean a more risky procedure and a higher cost. I was assured it was fine to move forward but it would cost more. This concerned me because I had not seen any signs of heat. She’s a 7 month old basset and definitely at the age, but I’ve monitored closely and haven’t seen the symptoms the vet was describing. I said not to continue, and I would pick her up. I contacted another local vet and set up another appointment to review her. When I showed up at Angel’s, the vet personally delivered her to my car and said “Here are all of your records. If you don’t trust us, you need to find another vet.” I responded “ Thank you! Already did.” The new vet checked her out yesterday and said there were no visible signs of her being in heat. He performed her spay today. She’s doing great, but he also noted that after inspecting her uterus that she was definitely not in heat and there was no possibility that she had been in heat on Monday when I was told by Angel’s that she was. I’m leaving this review because I feel like you need to trust the medical professionals in charge of your pets’ health. I do not feel like you can trust these people. I just want honest reviews so no else makes the bad decision I made.

So far so good I will be bringing all my animals here. I just wish they would allow you to come inside with your pet.
