I was staying at my brother's house close by to Tomball and to stay in the HEB program with my prescriptions I had it filled in Tomball where I grew up. not only was my prescription filled fast but the staff there was very friendly and nice and had everything transferred immediately and it was ready within a few minutes I was notified that it was already ready and everyone is extremely nice from the MR Craig to the woman pharmacist to the other man pharmacist and all the the helpers are nice too and everything is done very quickly I tell him I needed the next day and before I know it I have a text and an email because I have the app on my phone that it's already been fulfilled and is ready to be picked up within 10 minutes of me calling it in or hitting the button on the app it's already ready to be picked up I just wish they'd go back to their hours they had before covid-19 hit but I understand. Excellent service excellent staff a+ love this H-E-B love Tomball.

Their Sr. pharmacist has been serving Tomball for many, many years & is part of the community. I have trusted him for the 25 years I have known him.

Parents just spent at least 20 minutes trying to get a prescription filled. The pharmacy originally tried to refuse to fill it unless the doctor called and told them exactly what the prescription was for (which is illegal as far as I know) and then after that was eventually sorted out refused to take any form of payment other than over the phone. Thankfully they eventually resolved that as well but it left a bitter taste with us. We love HEB but this is upsetting. Their experience today did not match the experiences we have previously had.

Very unprofessional, can’t believe that in HEB. Dr sent prescription over the phone. 5 hrs since the prescription was sent, and not ready because staff is too busy to retrieve the prescription from the messages. Pharmacist rude and won’t give any time window to come and pick the medicines.

My husband & I have used this pharmacy for years but have had problems over the past year, the most serious was giving my husband the wrong prescription but within the last six months I’ve had to wait for up to 45 minutes for a RX that was auto-refilled only to learn they didn’t have the RX - after I received a call telling me the RX was ready and charging me different amounts for the same RX, just a different dosage on 2 separate occasions. Also reshelving my RX when it was ready on Tuesday but I chose to pick it up on Thursday. Told me they didn’t have it anymore - 2 days?? We will go to a different pharmacy - shouldn’t be this difficult. Love HEB grocery in Tomball!!
