I had shopped two different places before talking with Miss Shawn at Life Storage (prev. Big Tex) and after talking with her I needed to look no further. They were able to meet all my storage needs and were courteous, friendly, and professional. I have already recommended to family and friends, but I'll add that Miss Shawn made me feel like a valued customer and not just a paying customer. I only needed the storage while moving between homes, but would use again if I have any storage needs down the road. Also, having access to a moving truck was a great perk under Big Tex that I don't think Life Storage offers. Overall, a great experience!

Place is amazing!! Always clean, and always smells nice. I'm always greeted with a smile and southern hospitality. Although it is a different store same great customer service!! I love Shawn, she is great and very professional. She made renewing my storage a breeze with all of the transitions and even remembered my NAME. Talk about great customer service she goes up and above!!

To the reasons to use this facility. 3. It’s clean. 2. It’s secure. 3. The customer service is outstanding. Shawn is amazing, and goes above and beyond for her customers. She answers the phone. She answers questions. She is direct, honest and kind.

Awesome service, I had to move outside the country and my space was closed for 5 years, I just went back and it looked like I had locked it the day before. Sparkling clean, zero dust (in 5 years I would have expected at least a little).nBest asset, Shawn, the store manager She is always helpful, has a frozen smile on her face and is always looking for ways to help the customers.nShawn, I will miss your great customer service.
