Spoke with David on Tuesday to verify our move. He stated everything is good to go. That’s the last time we were able to get a hold of him before our move Sunday. NO SHOWED, and NO CALL. We understand the weather is supposed to be bad, and that’s why we kept trying to reverify. To not even call, or anything is totally classless, and proof of a poorly run business. The address given doesn’t even have a sign on the building, and doesn’t look like it’s occupied. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST DAVID OR HIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT YO BE LEFT OUT IN THE COLD.
The management and crew at First Class is top notch! I highly recommend anyone who is moving to go with this company. They made what is usually a crazy ordeal, so easy and they were flexible to fit every one of our needs. On time, careful, respectful, and responds quickly.
