The worseeee Smoothie King location. I go to this location cuz it’s convenient but every time I order the same smoothie it always ends up tasting different witch i didnt mind at 1st cuz im always in a hurry and it still tastes okay.. but today it just tastes HORRIBLE! I tried calling the location and the phone doesn’t work. I did notice that when my smoothie is not right it’s always from the same person. Im so disappointed!

I attempted to call in an order, as I was driving to work and I am seven months pregnant. I preferred not to go inside the store due to COVID-19. I was told over the phone that I could only place an order on the website or the mobile app. Given that I was driving this was not a possibility. Instead I opted for the drive-through and found it appalling that the gentleman assisting me did not have gloves on nor was the mask covering his nose. You would think that a place serving people food would be taking the proper precautions. I will definitely not be going back to this location

Spencer has earned an A+ from me, gave me multiple suggestions to get me what I needed. I ended up going with one mix he said he liked. Make sure to politely ask what smoothie is their favorite and maybe you might find your go to.

On November 15, 2019 I received terrible service from the employee working at this smoothie king. He refused me service by lying directly to my face. The store's hours are listed as 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM for the drive through, we came at 8:50 PM and he lied to us that the store was not open. An employee from the nearby mod pizza had walked over and then began to talk to him, and I'm assuming he brushed us off to talk to her and take her order. 3 sales lost that day. I can't imagine hiring someone just to have them not work.
