So my last visit to this smoothie king is the reason I'm never coming back to this location. After handing the employee $20 cash to pay for my $6 smoothie she handed me the change folded. I was in a rush to work so I stuck the change in my wallet and drove away. Only to then find out later that she only gave me $4!! Robbing me of $10! This location is run by a bunch of high school kids and I don't think a manager is ever there. Hire people who know how to count and that get orders right cause every time I go my order is always somewhat wrong.

This is the WORST Smoothie King location. It’s run by bunch of high school kids that have no idea what they’re doing. It takes forever to get through the line, they charge us for foam cups and then never give them to us, they make our smoothies wrong, and make Disney character noises while taking orders over the intercom. Among so many other things. SOOOO unprofessional. The location on spring cypress right off 249 nails it every single time and are so fast and friendly. The location on business needs new employees. Wish I didn’t even have to give one star.

I’ve waited a very long time to post this, and I rarely leave reviews. I wish I was exaggerating here, but *every single* time I’ve gone here, my smoothie has been made incorrectly. The location on spring cypress near 249 has always been perfect. This location though...serious problems every single time.
