Having to drop their rating a star based solely on customer service. I can't think of another bookstore that has so many snobby unpersonable people working for them. My last 3 trips to this place always has the same hallmark, some snobby eye rolling employee refusing to more than the bare minimum in terms of service. Book selection is still top notch but the folks working here could use some basic training in terms of helpfulness and personality.
Love this store. Always have, always will. The staff is helpful, gets me what I need. Vancouver's best kept secret book store.
Locked the door. Only let you in when you knock. VERY limited on who can come in at a time. LOVE it! Oh and hand Sanitizer was given before coming in.
I love bookstores! And this one is pretty good! The only problem I had was there was no cat in attendance, like there was, the last time I was there
So much to see, great prices, friendly staff. Love coming here and supporting local!
