This post office is the most inefficient post office I’ve ever been in in my life. When the people are working they actually do a pretty good job but it is rare to go in there and find more than one person at the desk actually doing their job.nManagement seems clueless. If this was a public business and not a government run business, they would be bankrupt and someone more efficient could take over and actually do a good job.

I've been having issues with them for a while, they're always delivering the wrong mail to my house. And ever since Jan 14 of 2021 I've been waiting for this important document. And NOTHING. It's been currently 4 months , and I had to pay extra money for a copy of that document. It's Ridiculous! Also the postal office said it's not their problem, that they did deliver it ( yes, probably to the wrong mail address.) Honestly they don't even deserve a tar.

Not sure why the low ratings. Love my post office...Cheryl went above and beyond....as did my mail carrier. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, personable.....what else would people expect?? Those who have low ratings should look in the mirror......do they perform their job as well as Cheryl....etc...?? I doubt it!! Thank you for all you do!!!!

Incredibly slow. Pray you never have to pick up a package here. You will be waiting 15+ minutes just to get someone to answer the door. They are also constantly marking things as out for delivery and odds are it's not actually out for delivery or it's on the wrong truck. It can also be marked as pick up and it's not there. I don't understand how the tracking can get so messed up.

I was at the Tomball post office on 2/26/2021 between 10-11 I was attended by a lady who was very rude and hostile to me. I was trying to send a package for my daughter and this lady gave me a lot of contradictory information (while mumbling and not even looking at me), tapping nervously her super long fingernails on the counter, and then suddenly she started yelling at me for no reason. It was very disturbing to have someone acting so aggressively (I am a nice 55 year old lady). There were no other costumers in the post office at the time, and another employee who was witnessing what was happening asked me to go to his counter and he helped me instead.nI am not sure what was wrong with this lady, but she was acting like someone who is mentally ill, or who has taken a lot of the wrong medication....
