I had the most Pleasant Dental visit ever ! Everyone was so nice from the front desk on down to the X-ray tech & then to the Great Dr. G ! I let her know my scares and why i always needed sedation & she made me face my fears in a extraordinary way. She really has a great team behind her & she’s phenomenal at her work. Thank you Dr. G & team for this amazing experience.

The cleaning with the hygienist, and x-rays were performed magnificently. But your scheduling needs work. My time is as important to me as yours is to you. When you schedule me for a specific time, and I'm early. Then you make me wait for an hour and a half. My time has value.

I will never come back to this place. I was there last week for an appointment at 4:00 and left the office at 6:20.nTo start, I know due to COVID many things have changed, but this is the only medical facility that makes patients fill out paper work in their car because the lobby is closed. I have been to other appointments during the pandemic, and none of them have made me go to the car to fill out my papers.nSecondly, like I said my appointment was at 4:00 pm. I waited first in my car, then at a chair right inside their front desk, then at the X-ray chair, and then at the room for 2 long hours. Finally at 6:00, the doctor came in for about 3 minutes and said everything was ok, the hygienist came later and took exactly 17 minutes to do my cleaning. That lady was rushing so much because like she told me “I am not supposed to see patients after 6” (like it was my fault they overbooked) she was hurting me and the water she was using to rinse my mouth was all over my face and shirt. Overall, the whole experience was very unpleasant. This was it. My family and I are finding another dentist to go to.
