I had a great first impression & experience with Willow Creek Smiles. Everyone in the office was kind and efficient and the office itself was very clean (which I love). Courtney was so welcoming & informative on the first phone call that I decided to go ahead & schedule an appointment. Dr. Nguyen was very accommodating and took his time (and didn’t make me feel rushed but valued as a client). He explained things clearly & thoroughly and answered all my questions. I don’t like going to the dentist but Dr. Nguyen made it a very calm & pleasant experience.
Very friendly, good prices, nice flexible schedule and clean office!!! It’s always scary going to the dentist but I left feeling confident and so glad i decided to go!!! Not having dental insurance i figured i would never be able to afford my routine dental visits! He’s super affordable!! Thank you Dr.Tom for being above and beyond a wonderful dentist !!
This was my first visit to Willow Creek Smiles. My previous provider retired and on recommendation from friends I made an appointment with Willow Creek. Dr. Nguyen and his staff are professional, friendly and efficient. The initial exam was very through and comprehensive and informative. The equipment is state of the art and the facility is very clean and inviting. I will be returning to Willow Creek for regular check-ups and cleanings. I am impressed with Willow Creek and would recommend them to anyone I know.
High prices even with insurance, and that makes me want to go elsewhere with more reasonable pricing even though dentist and staff are excellent.nBut they could probably get more repeat clients if they can lower their pricing a little bit. Just my honest opinion. Thanks.
Excellent staff. Love the dentist. Takes his time with you and doesn't try to sell you the world on your teeth. Very Small office, In my opinion one of the best dentist I have seen in a long time. New customer but will be back.
