They aight. They don’t play about getting their money. If you do a payment plan they charge you interest. They hurry up and give you a court day. They offer defensive driving but if you can’t pay it that day, they make you take the more costly deferment. They want ALL their money up front. Never seen anything like but I will say they are nice about getting it though. They tell you in a nice and sensitive manner that we want our money. Get it, got it, good!

I missed my court date and I called that morning and the lady said no problem, they would give me 10 days to come & reset my court date. I called 3 diff. times discussing this issue & each time they pulled up my citation #. I come and it was the 10th day, close to 5pm and they still gave me a failure to appear because she said I was supposed to be here by 12? Huh!!!! That was never mentioned the 3 times I called. They might let us know these things!

I called because some information I was given and it seemed to be a mistake. I tried to speak to a lady who answered the phone and she wouldn’t let me get ONE word in until I had to ask “are you going to let me explain my reason for calling or keep interrupting me” Then had an attitude for me trying to find out why almost 3 years later I’m getting hit with a warrant when I know for a fact was paid. I was transferred to a supervisor that was rude and sounded like I bothered her. I had to call back because I couldn’t find what they told me to check online. I called back a different lady answered and was SO RUDE. I asked her where I needed to go on the website to check for my citation. Her answer “that wasn’t me you spoke to. I said you don’t know where to go online to look at your citations? She said no. SHE WORKS THERE... she could have asked instead of being rude. These ladies are RUDE and act like you did a HORRIBLE crime and you are scum. That’s how I felt calling and when I was in there recently.
