When I originally dropped my items off the man at the counter was incredibly unhelpful and rude, never even told me the price, was very difficult to understand, spelled my name wrong despite me telling him how to spell it 3 times, didn’t give me options for a pick up time, didn’t explain any part of the process to me. When I went to pick up my items 2 days later the woman at the counter was much more professional and explained things to me. In terms of the actual dry cleaning it was very well done, one of my jackets has had a mark that around the waste that has persisted after using several other dry cleaners, I assumed it would be like that for forever so I was very pleased to see it looking good as new.
I’ve been going to Lapels since they opened!! They are so welcoming and do a fabulous job on your clothes and comforters!
This place is awesome! I was helped by three different employees while there and they were all very helpful, professional, polite, and welcoming! I will definitely be back!!

Lapels is a great place for dry cleaning. My clothes don’t shrink. They’re super nice and professional. They’ve never lost anything. Very convenient location. Highly recommend!
