Great place with very friendly associates, do not listen to the negative reviews especially from one particular woman who thought it is ok to walk in when the store is closing I witness first-hand some of the abusive customers that take advantage of a very positive and friendly staff.
Terrible experience. Went to pick up an order, gave the associate the order number from the soccer factory invoice I received in email. He told me that was not an order number and couldn’t do anything for me. Then told me the store closes in 3 mins. And I should leave. Very disappointed.
Went there looking for turf shoes and had a great experience. Staff extremely helpful, patient and friendly! Will be going there any time I need new soccer cleats
I ordered my son’s uniforms almost a month ago (Sept 1st) and have yet to receive them. I spoke to their support team and was assured it would be delivered to the Tomball location yesterday. It was not. Tomorrow will be the third game of the season and he will once again play without a uniform. If you order here be aware it may take a very long time to receive items. Even with the delays due to covid, I certainly didn’t expect them to take a month.
Went in to buy my daughter some cleats and she wears different sizes depending on brand. The young man that helped us was extremely patient and brought out many, many boxes of shoes for us to try on. We found a pair and some additional items as well. We will definitely be back!
